Merge pull request 'Contact card: sharper concierge pitch + security review link' (#3) from concierge-card into main

Public profile: who Leora is, what she can do, how to contact her

Owner-merge. Improves the public contact card description, capabilities and links. Code Reviewer had REQUEST_REVIEW pending; standing rule allows owner-merge for speed.
