The per-IP limit from #2 also counted button clicks, payment results and the landing view. None of those call the model, so a fast demo user could get 429s while clicking through a checkout. The limit now applies only to free-text turns that reach the LLM, or to every turn when AGENT_MARKET_LLM_EVENTS=1. tests/llm_proxy_check.sh covers both cases.

Delete Branch "fix/rate-limit-llm-only"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
