Removes tests/probe.txt (content: probe, added in 9cbc3f5 as a push probe; not a fixture, nothing references it). Targets sigil-initial so it lands in PR #1. Tests: 111 OK.

Leora-owned cleanup under the Sigil build contract (Quarry 18a5d762). Not merging PR #1; this only tidies its branch. Glue PR (flag-gated, passcodes default): leora/agent-chat#16
