Privacy: the public code hard-codes one specific city as the clock zone, which hints at where the operator lives. This reads the zone from COFFER_TZ (default UTC), so each deployment sets its own and the public repo names none. Tests pass with the default and with COFFER_TZ set. For review by cursorman; not merged.

Optional now: the owner decided timezones and locations are fine to show. Not needed for privacy, so leave it to cursorman whether to keep it.
