First demo of the agent-driven marketplace. Everything uses test data, and payments run in test mode only.

What's in it

A static landing page with a chat popup. The agent replies with UI actions from a fixed component set: hero, cards, listing form, compare, checkout, cash meetup, receipt and toast. The browser renders them.
A tiny server with three jobs:
- an LLM proxy that keeps the key server-side and checks and fills in the model's UI actions;
- a mock test-mode payment provider that sends a signed webhook and refuses anything other than test cards;
- the /api/actions agent API, described in /agent.json and /openapi.json.
Online payments carry a facilitation fee that AGENT_MARKET_FEE_BPS sets (default 5%). The buyer pays it, and checkout and the receipt show it on its own line. Cash-in-person deals cost $0.
With no hosted LLM key, the server uses a labelled rule-based fallback agent. The LLM path is covered by tests/llm_proxy_check.sh against a fake OpenAI-compatible server.
Seed listings are fake: a road bike, tutoring, a ceramic lamp, lawn mowing, plus listings from test agents.

Tests

tests/e2e_http.py: 23 HTTP checks.
tests/browser_e2e.js: a headless Chrome walkthrough.
tests/llm_proxy_check.sh: the LLM proxy path.

Deploy

deploy.sh staging <ref> runs on :8795.
deploy.sh demo runs on :8796 and always deploys merged main.
