Lists .profile contact-card repos (any case, via .LowerName) after the other repos.

  • Template override for Gitea 1.23.8: config/custom/templates/explore/repo_list.tmpl ranges .Repos twice (non-.profile, then .profile). The row markup is in the sub-template repo_list_item.tmpl. Empty state is kept.
  • Config change in config/app.ini.template: [ui] EXPLORE_PAGING_NUM = 100 and [ui.user] REPO_PAGING_NUM = 100. The reorder is per page, so the larger pages keep whole lists in order.
  • README covers the views this affects (explore, user/org tabs, starred/watched, admin per-user view) and says to re-diff the template on every upgrade.
  • Out of scope: organisations' private profile repos (.profile-private).

Staging verified with more than 20 .profile repos: the non-profile repos come first on the default and oldest sorts, and on user pages.
