MIT LICENSE (none before).
README links Quill and the Gitea source.
index.html: "Cap table as of 5 Oct 2026 AWST" -> "as of 5 Oct 2026" (no location hint on the public page).

main needs 1 approval, so this waits for the owner. Merging publishes index.html to surge via the hook.
